14-day returns
Changed your mind? You have 14 days from delivery to tell us you wish to cancel, and a further 14 days to send the item back, in line with the Consumer Contracts Regulations.
How to return
- Email lonny68@hotmail.com with your order number and the item you wish to return.
- We reply with the correct return address for your item.
- Send the item back unused, in original packaging, using a tracked service.
Refunds
Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the return. Return postage is paid by the customer unless the item arrived faulty or damaged.
Faulty items
Faulty items are covered under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Contact us and we will arrange a repair, replacement or refund.
